the tire are engineered to your existing thrust idlers. RSC
includes engineered CAD drawings,
including dimensional data,
for your rotary dryer equipment on each purchase.
Each tire is engineered to O.E.M. specs, with approval drawings
sent prior to production, assuring your specific needs are met.
Mill certificates are provided upon delivery, verifying the
metallurgy and hardness characteristics of the finished tire.
Our engineering staff reviews each order to assure the tire will
perform to the exacting standards you require. Automatic
upgrades in metallurgy and mounting designs will be recommended,
allowing you the option to exceed the performance of the
original tire.
RSC guarantees its parts and field service maintenance with
a one year warranty.
